Payment Information

Kindly make the payment of the hospital bill or acknowledge your bill (for admissions under Insurance or Guarantee Letter) at the respective floors of your wards during office hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Payment and acknowledgement of bills are to be done at the Discharge Counter, Ground Floor for the discharge after office hours.

Kindly check with your provider (Insurance company) to ensure that Kedah Medical Centre is covered by your insurance plan.


Online Payment

Pay your bills the convenient, fast and easy way through JomPAY by logging in to your Internet or Mobile Banking and click onto JomPAY.

Do take note on the following details when you pay through JomPAY:

➦ Ref-1: Patient IC Number

➦ Ref-2: Mobile Contact Number

Once payment has been made, do WhatsApp our Credit Control Unit the transaction slip together with the patient's name and IC Number to +6010-303 2669.

Admission Deposit

A deposit is normally collected at the time of the patient's admission to cover the estimated hospital bill. Deposit amounts are collected based on the estimated total costs of services expected to be provided by the Hospital and your Consultant. The amount varies, depending on the type of cases and the classes of ward chosen. The Admission Counter staff handling your admission will be able to advise you on the deposit amount. Accepted mode of payment is by Cash or Credit Card only. The deposit will be utilized against the patient's final bill and any balance due will be refunded.
