Preparations:

Fast 10 hours prior to test. You may however, sip plain water.
Postpone your routine morning medicine until your blood sample is taken; unless you have high blood pressure.
If you are doing the Treadmill test, bring along an additional change of clothes and appropriate footwear.
Pap smear should best be done 10 days after the last day of your menstruation.
